What we provide

Next Chats is a platform connecting NZ high school students with current university students for paid 1-on-1 video advice calls. We are not affiliated with any university and do not guarantee outcomes from any call.

Bookings and payment

• Calls are booked and paid for in advance through Stripe
• Cancellations made close to the call time may be subject to a partial refund rather than a full refund, as stated at the time of booking
• Zoom links are provided only after payment is confirmed

Code of conduct

All users, students and advisors, are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during calls. Next Chats reserves the right to remove any user from the platform for inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misuse of the service.

Reporting concerns

If something concerning happens during a call, contact us immediately at nextchatsnz@gmail.com. We take all reports seriously.

Limitation of liability

Next Chats facilitates introductions between students and advisors but is not responsible for the advice given during calls. Advisors share personal opinions, not official university guidance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current terms.
